How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion in the app via Profile / Account / Delete Account. You can also email support@dlingmusicbox.com.

Deletion Scope

Deletion may include account profile, favorites, preferences, and membership entitlement records where applicable.

Apple Subscription Notice

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Apple subscriptions. You must cancel subscriptions through Apple App Store subscription management.
