Terms of Use
1. Service scope
DLing Music Box provides music-box playback, focus and ambience features, performance tools, favorites, optional account synchronization, and optional Pro membership features. Some content or features may depend on app version, device support, region, or purchase status.
2. Optional account and sign-in
You may use parts of the app as a guest. Signing in with Apple, Google, or Email Magic Link allows account-based features such as synced favorites and membership-related account records. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass purchase or membership controls, reverse engineer protected portions of the service where prohibited by law, or use the app in a way that infringes others' rights or violates applicable laws.
4. Intellectual property
The app design, software, music-box arrangements, text, artwork, and other materials are owned by or licensed to the operator or their respective rights holders. These Terms do not transfer intellectual property rights to you.
5. Pro subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and refunds
DLing Music Box may offer monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions. Purchases are billed to your Apple ID through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to Apple's rules before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscriptions settings. Restore Purchases can be used in the app to recover an active entitlement on a supported device or account. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund process and policies.
6. Account deletion
You may delete your app account from Profile / Request Account Deletion. Account deletion removes applicable app account data and synced records, but it does not cancel an Apple subscription. You must cancel subscriptions separately through Apple if you no longer want renewal billing.
7. Availability and service changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or support pages as needed for maintenance, legal compliance, product improvement, security, or operational reasons.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to provide a stable and pleasant experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to reasonable and foreseeable losses caused by our breach of these Terms.
